Changes to this list

We may update this list from time to time. An item that was allowed before may become restricted or prohibited, and the conditions for a restricted item may change. When that happens, we will give the merchants affected notice, and we may ask them to take those products down, or to meet the new conditions, by the date in our notice. If the law or an authority requires a product to come down straight away, for example after a recall or a ban, we may remove it without notice and tell the merchant afterwards.

If these rules are broken

We may remove listings, take a store offline, hold payouts under section 5 of the Terms, or close the account. This includes products a merchant has not taken down by the date in our notice. Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities. Anyone can report a listing to hello@chelevenild.my.
